I photographed a beauty editorial for the current issue of Open Magazine. The story was inspired by colored hair and clean shapes. It's now available at the newsstand.© 2011

My work for the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) has recently been published as unbound A4-sized prints/cards beautifully held together by a black sleeve. The concept is a coherent product to be used by the University, while at the same time allowing the prints to be used individually.© 2011

Photographed my third assignment for the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) last month. The photographs will be used to advertise the Bachelor/Master of Arts in Theatre class 2011, and as material to obtain castings for the actors/actresses. In addition, the photographs will be used by the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Germany) to promote the individual actors/actresses. The work is published in print form this fall. I'll keep you updated about the final product here.

My first solo exhibition showing a selection of the series Master of Arts in Theatre will be extended. Following a successful opening event in January and very positive feedback, the Zurich University of the Arts decided to expand the exhibition to show another seven prints from the series. The second part of the exhibition will be opened with a visit by the Cantonal Parliament of Zurich. Bühne B, Gessnerallee 13, Zurich, Switzerland. My entry to the Hasselblad Junior Contest will be exhibited during the Photo10 exhibition in the Hasselblad Masters Hall, at the Maag Event Hall, Zurich, Switzerland. The exhibition lasts for five days from Friday 07/01/2011 until Tuesday 11/01/2011.© 2010

I'm back from Helsinki, Finland, where I took the time to review the past year and plan for the coming year. Last year has been a truly amazing year with a lot of adventures and new experiences, and I'm looking forward to an even more exciting 2011. I wish to thank everybody I had the privilege to work with, spend time with, and meet during the past year. I wish you the best for 2011.

My entry to the Hasselblad Junior Contest 2010 was selected for the exhibition to be held during the Digitalevent in Baden, Switzerland, on Saturday, 27/11/2010.© 2010

The ZDF (Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen, a German TV station), saw the work I shot for the ZHdK and liked it. They decided to offer to each of the actors/ actresses I photographed early this year the opportunity to shoot a film scene in Mainz, Germany. The ZHdK was very pleased that the commissioned images had such a positive impact.

Flying to Mallorca, Spain, to shoot Deep Water Soloing for nine days. We will stay on the east coast of the island and shoot/climb in the local coves.

The Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) today published my work I shot for them in a 48-page booklet, used to advertise the Master of Arts in Theatre degree program. The booklet was designed by Jeannine Herrmann of Suedpol, was printed on Munken Print White book paper, and has a print run of 2'000 copies.© 2010

Shot an underwater project with a crew of four today. We were shooting in an indoor swimming pool outside of Zurich, Switzerland, where we had a pool closed off for us for a couple of hours.

Flying to Athens, Greece, to shoot an assignment. We'll stay in Greece until next Wednesday.

I'll be shooting another assignment for the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), this time to advertise the Bachelor of Arts in Theatre degree program.

I'll be exhibiting some of my portraiture work at the CLICK 2010 exhibition in the University of Zurich Main Hall (Lichthof), Switzerland. The vernissage (opening event) will be on the evening of Thursday, 22/04/2010. The work is exhibited for about two weeks.

BLOK Magazine from the Netherlands licensed an image I shot with dutch climber Channah Brandsema on the east coast of Mallorca, Spain, for their March 2010 issue, which had a thematic focus on deep water soloing in Mallorca.© 2010

Flying to Dallas, Texas. I'll be in Dallas for a week, and on the road in Texas and New Mexico until the end of the month.

I'll be shooting an assignment for the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), to advertise the Master of Arts in Theatre degree program. The aim of the commissioned images is to show 23 individual scenes involving actors and directors of the university. The concepts will be developed in close cooperation with the client. Photography will take place on multiple days in Zurich, Switzerland.
